01 · Shipping

Delivery of your legacy.

Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 7–10 business days after payment is received and matched to the customer’s Warkind order reference. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Rates and destinations

We currently ship within the United States for a flat $10 per order. Transit time begins after the order leaves our facility and varies by destination and carrier.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, rerouting may not be possible.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays are outside our direct control, but we will help investigate packages that appear lost or stalled. Email us with your order reference for assistance.

02 · Returns & exchanges

Fourteen-day promise.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Starting a request

Email greaterthanentgroup@gmail.com with your order reference, the item involved, and whether you are requesting a return or exchange. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges depend on available inventory.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

03 · Privacy

Your information, respected.

Warkind Apparel, operated by Greater Than Group LLC, collects the information needed to accept and fulfill orders, including customer names, email addresses, phone numbers when provided, shipping addresses, purchased items, and order status.

We use this information to provide customer service, fulfill orders, prevent misuse, and maintain required business records. We do not sell customer personal information. Manual payments are completed through the customer’s chosen payment provider; Warkind does not collect or store card numbers on this website.

We use service providers only as needed to host the store, deliver packages, process customer-selected payments, or operate the business. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing us, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.

04 · Terms

Terms of purchase.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the order information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order is not confirmed until payment is received and matched to its Warkind reference.

Product colors and placement may vary slightly across screens, garment sizes, and production runs. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, or appears fraudulent.

All Warkind branding, written content, and original design elements are owned by or licensed to Greater Than Group LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. These terms are governed by applicable United States law.
